In 2025, generic message templates won't stand out in the inbox. It's more important than ever to send relevant, personalized messages to cut through the noise. With Prosp's built in AI personalization, you can do this at scale.

You can create custom prompts to suit your exact use case using. Here's how to get started:

Step 1: In the builder of your campaign, select the "Send LinkedIn Message" card from the available actions. This will add the action to your sequence. You can learn how to create a campaign and add a message here.

💡You can also use AI prompts with the AI clone voice notes to send hyper personalized voice notes.

Step 2: Once you've selected the "Send LinkedIn Message" card and selected a sender account, you will see the text box appear. This is where you write the messages to send to your leads. To add an AI prompt to your message, select the "AI Prompt" button underneath the sender account.

Step 3: Create a prompt. In the "AI Prompts" section, select the "My Prompts" tab at the top. If you have not created a prompt already, you can select "Create".

Step 4: Name your prompt. Give your template a name and a description. This will help you to keep your prompts organised. You can also choose to share your prompt with the community, or keep it private if you prefer.

Step 5: Write your prompt! You really can be as imaginative as you like here. You can instruct the AI to generate an icebreaker, reference a competitor or complement the work being done at their company - just to name a few.

💡 You can use contact variables to dynamically give the AI live profile data to customise the AI's output. You can add profile information such as headline, biography and job title, as well as recent activity such as their recent post.
