🔗 How to Connect Prosp AI to HubSpot

Want every Prosp lead, reply, and connection to flow straight into your HubSpot CRM? Good news - Prosp has a native HubSpot integration built right in. No Zapier, no webhooks, no code. Just a couple of clicks. 😊

Here's exactly how to set it up.

Head to Prosp and go to:

Settings > Integrations

You'll see a "Native integrations" section with a HubSpot card.

On the HubSpot card, click the purple Connect button.

This will open a new tab and take you to HubSpot's secure login page.

Tip: Make sure pop-ups aren't blocked in your browser, otherwise the HubSpot window won't open.

After authorizing, go back to prosp and click the setting button next to your hubspot integration. This is where you set up:

Under Triggers, toggle on:

Automatically push contacts from Prosp to Hubspot

With this turned on, every new lead added to a Prosp campaign will be automatically pushed into HubSpot as a contact.

On the right side of the toggle, click Map Fields.

This is the most important step - it tells Prosp which Prosp fields should land in which HubSpot fields. For example:

For each row, pick the matching HubSpot field from the dropdown. You'll see an example value on the right to help confirm you've mapped it correctly.

HubSpot will redirect you back to Prosp. You should now see HubSpot marked as Connected on the integrations page, and a small gear icon will appear in the corner of the HubSpot card for managing the connection.

From this point on, your Prosp activity (new leads, replies, connection acceptances, etc.) can sync into HubSpot as contacts and timeline events.

Anytime you want to change which account, triggers, or field mappings are in use:

To disconnect HubSpot from Prosp:

No data is deleted from either side - the live sync just stops.
