Conditions are used to perform different actions based depending on certain behaviours. They can be used to funnel different leads down different pathways, keep everything organised and make sure you're contacting leads in the most effective way.

Conditions:

  • Has a LinkedIn URL: ensures the LinkedIn profile URL of the prospect is available.

  • Lead is 1st Level: checks if the lead is connected with you on LinkedIn.

  • Opened LinkedIn Message: monitors if the prospect has opened the latest LinkedIn message.

  • Check Data in Column: checks data in a specific column of your contacts list.

Has a LinkedIn URL:

When to use:

  • If you've imported data where there are missing values for the LinkedIn url and you want to make sure you don't reach out to them

  • If you want to send them an email if they don't have a LinkedIn url. (Currently, Prosp does not support sending emails but it's coming soon πŸ’—)

Lead is 1st Level:

When to use:

  • If you have a list of leads from LinkedIn or uploaded from a CSV and you want to use separate pathways.

  • For example, in the sequence above, this will check if they are a connection. If they are a connection, it will send them a voice note and if they aren't, it will send them a connection request.

Opened LinkedIn Message

When to use:

  • If you want to send leads down different pathways based on whether or not they opened your last message.

πŸ’‘Top Tip: You can use this condition to personalize your messages. For example:

  • If they opened the last message, start the next message with: "saw you had a chance to read my message and I just wanted to add..."

  • If they did not open the last message, send a voice note saying: "saw you didn't have a chance to read the last message so thought I'd send a quick voice note instead..."

Check Data in Column

When to use:

  • If you want to send leads down different pathways based on specific data points.

  • For example, if you upload a list of leads with three different industries in the industry column and want to send them different messages.

  • If you want to add tags to leads based on specific attributes to manage the inbox more easily.

You can check if data exists, contains or does not contain.
