With Prosp, you can determine what times you want to send messages during. This means you can send messages whilst you're available to respond and make sure your prospects are active! Your campaigns will only run during your set schedule.

Your schedule is specific to the campaign that you're running. Here's how to set your schedule for a campaign:

Step 1: Make sure you have a campaign selected. If you haven't yet created a campaign, you can refer to our campaign setup guide. Once you have a campaign created, simply select the campaign you want to set the schedule for.

Step 2: In the campaign menu at the top, select the "Settings" tab. Once selected, scroll down to the "Schedule" area. You can choose to toggle certain days on and off, useful for if you only want to send during the week and you can set the hours.

Step 3: Make sure to hit save! When you're happy with your schedule, hit the "Save schedule" button to lock your schedule in. You can always change this later.

⚠️ By default, the time zone is set to UTC. If this is not your time zone, you can set your schedule in UTC, accounting for the time difference.

For example, if you're on If you're in New York (EST) and want to set your availability from 9 AM to 5 PM local time:

  • New York (EST) is UTC-5 during standard time.

  • In the scheduler, set your hours to 2 PM to 10 PM UTC to match your local 9 AM to 5 PM.

You can use a time zone converter to help you find the correct UTC offset if needed.
