Now for the exciting partβcreating your first Prosp π campaign! This guide will walk you through integrating various actions within a campaign tailored specifically to your company's needs and prospect profiles. Remember, there's no one-size-fits-all campaign.
π‘ What is a campaign?
A campaign in Prosp is a sequence of automated actions designed to outreach to prospects via LinkedIn or email. The goal is to mimic human interactions and leverage AI to personalize the outreach, making each prospect feel uniquely considered.
β οΈ Prerequisites: Before creating your campaign, ensure your LinkedIn profile is properly connected. If it isn't already, you can find out how to connect your account here.
Step 1: Navigate to the "Campaigns" section and select "Create campaign"
π‘You can create a template if you want to build your sequence from scratch, or use the default template to get up and running.
Step 2: Give your campaign a name. We recommend using a descriptive name like the one below to keep your workspace organised π
Step 3: It's time to import your leads. You can import using a variety of different options using Prosp. You can find more information on the different options in the Import contacts' section.
Step 4: Configure the template to suit your preferences.
If you decided to create the campaign from scratch, you can now build your sequence from the available actions. If you used the template, you will see the sequence is already built. At this point, you can customize it to suit you!

Step 5: You're ready to launch! Once you're happy with your campaign, you can hit 'Run it!' in the top right hand corner and this will launch your campaign. Once you click 'Run it!' you will see that the campaign will turn to 'running' next to the name of the campaign. This shows you the campaign is live.
