Voice messages receive over 43% more responses compared to regular written messages. When used alongside written messages, voice notes are a powerful way to build trust with your leads and book more calls. This section covers how to record and send a single voice note to all of your leads.

🧠 If you want to find out how to send hyper personalized voice notes, you can check out our AI Voice Cloner Setup Guide.

When sending a recorded voice note to everyone in your campaign, you can record your message directly in Prosp, or upload an MP3 file. Here's how to do both:

Step 1: Once you're inside the "Builder" section of a campaign, select "Send LinkedIn voice note". This will add the card to your sequence.

Step 2 (recording your voice note in Prosp): Select the "Send linkedin voice note" card that has been added to your sequence to open the card.

  • To record your voice note inside Prosp, select the "Pre-record audio" option.

  • To upload a recording for your voice note, select the "Upload mp3 audio"

Step 3a: If you're recording in Prosp, it's time to record your voice note! Select the microphone button to start the recording, and press the same button when you're ready to finish recording your message. You can listen back to it using the playback and re-record until you're satisfied.

Step 3b: If you've chosen to upload an mp3 file, you can click the ☁️ icon to upload your file or drag and drop your mp3 file into the box. mp3 files are the only audio type that are supported.

Step 4: Upload your recording. Whether you've just recorded inside Prosp or you've uploaded your own mp3 file, select the "Upload voice" button to finalise your voice note. (Don't worry, you can still edit this later).

Now you're ready to start booking calls using automated voice notes! πŸš€
