You can now white-label Prosp with your own branding and logo, allowing you to sell it as your own automation service. Here’s a step-by-step guide to white-labeling Prosp with your own brand.

Step 1:

Go to Settings and click on 'White Label' in the left-hand menu.

Step 2:

Fill in your custom branding information.

Step 3:

Ads domain and email records to your domain provider’s settings.

This screen may vary depending on your domain provider. 👇

Step 4:

Click ‘Refresh’ to complete the domain connection. Please note that domain propagation can take a few hours. You can keep clicking ‘Refresh’ to check the verification status.

If the issue persists after 24 hours, please reach out to support for help.

Step 5:

Once your domain is connected, you’ll see the option to add a workspace.

Adding a Workspace and Slots to Your White-Label Workspace

Step 1:

Click the "Create Workspace" button located under Manage Workspaces in the White Label settings.

Step 2:

Enter the workspace name, specify the number of slots, and select Pro from the dropdown menu.

Note: You can only add slots to your white-label workspace if you have unused slots available in your Prosp workspace. If not, you’ll need to purchase additional slots before adding them to your white-label workspace.

Adding Members to Your White-Label Workspace

Step 1:

Click the three dots on the right side of your white-label workspace, then select Manage Members from the dropdown menu.

Step 2:

From the popup, select Add Members.

Step 3:

Enter the name and email, select the status, and then click ‘Invite.'

Important to note

  • Make sure your TTL value is below 60 in your domain settings. Lower TTL means faster verification.

  • You can’t access the white label until you activate your trial or buy a subscription.

  • Workspace creation depends on your available user slots. Buy more slots to add more workspaces.

  • If your payment fails or is canceled, all subscriptions will stop, and you’ll lose access to sub-workspaces.

  • After resuming your subscription, return to the white label dashboard and click "Update Workspace" to reactivate your sub-workspaces.
