Adding a Workspace and Slots to Your White-Label Workspace
Step 1:
Click the "Create Workspace" button located under Manage Workspaces in the White Label settings.
Step 2:
Enter the workspace name, specify the number of slots, and select Pro from the dropdown menu.
Note: You can only add slots to your white-label workspace if you have unused slots available in your Prosp workspace. If not, you’ll need to purchase additional slots before adding them to your white-label workspace.
Adding Members to Your White-Label Workspace
Step 1:
Click the three dots on the right side of your white-label workspace, then select Manage Members from the dropdown menu.
Step 2:
From the popup, select Add Members.
Step 3:
Enter the name and email, select the status, and then click ‘Invite.'
Important to note
Make sure your TTL value is below 60 in your domain settings. Lower TTL means faster verification.
You can’t access the white label until you activate your trial or buy a subscription.
Workspace creation depends on your available user slots. Buy more slots to add more workspaces.
If your payment fails or is canceled, all subscriptions will stop, and you’ll lose access to sub-workspaces.
After resuming your subscription, return to the white label dashboard and click "Update Workspace" to reactivate your sub-workspaces.
