This quick guide walks you through the simple process of connecting your LinkedIn account to your workspace using your own proxy settings. The entire setup typically takes 40 seconds to 2 minutes.
Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Go to the Accounts Page
From your workspace, navigate to:
Settings β Accounts
This is where you can manage and connect your LinkedIn profiles.
Step 2: Add a LinkedIn Account
Click on Add LinkedIn Account, then select Credentials as your connection method.
Step 3: Enter Your LinkedIn Credentials & Choose Own Proxy
Fill in the required LinkedIn account details:
Country β Select your country from the dropdown
Username β Your LinkedIn email address or username
Password β Your LinkedIn password
Make sure the credentials are correct to avoid connection issues.
From the available proxy options, choose Own Proxy.
This allows you to connect your LinkedIn account using your personal proxy setup.
Step 4: Enter Your Proxy Details
After selecting Own Proxy, provide the following information:
Host β Your proxy server address
Port β Your proxy port number
Username β Your proxy username
Password β Your proxy password
Once all details are entered, click Save to complete the connection.
Thatβs it! Your LinkedIn account will now be connected to your workspace using your own proxy configuration. If everything is entered correctly, the connection should be completed within minutes.
Important: Whitelist All Domains
Before connecting your LinkedIn account, make sure all domains are whitelisted in your browser, network, proxy, or company firewall. This prevents connection issues, login failures, or unexpected disconnections during setup.
