Do you wish to manage multiple LinkedIn profiles within your Prosp πŸ’œ account?

While it's not possible to link more than one LinkedIn profile to a single Prosp account directly, we have a workaround that lets you control multiple profiles from one central account.

Each workspace within Prosp can host various team members. A team member is essentially a separate Prosp account, each linked to a unique LinkedIn profile.

By inviting additional team members (i.e. separate Prosp accounts) to your workspace and connecting each account to a different LinkedIn profile, the workspace creator (or admin) can manage all these accounts. Essentially, 1 Prosp account = 1 LinkedIn profile.

If this sounds complex, don't worry πŸ€”. Our step-by-step guide below will help clarify the process.

⚠️ Prerequisite: Since Prosp utilizes your web browser's cookies, using the same browser session to create multiple Prosp accounts can lead to conflicts. To prevent this, create a separate browser session for each Prosp account. This involves installing the plugin separately for each session.

Short summary

  1. Create as many Prosp accounts as LinkedIn profiles you want to connect, each in a separate browser session.

  2. Add all these Prosp accounts as team members into your workspace.

  3. Manage all these profiles from your main Prosp account.

Detailed steps

You should already have one main Prosp account with the extension installed and a LinkedIn profile connected.

Step 1: Click on your web browser’s profile picture, then select "Add" to create a new session. Cookies are not shared between sessions, preventing conflicts.

Step 2: In the new session, you can either sign in with a Google account or choose "Continue without an account." For simplicity, we recommend the latter option.

Step 3: Sign up for Prosp using a new email address and complete the onboarding process. If you need guidance, refer to our articles on "Install the Prosp extension" and "Connect your LinkedIn account."

Step 4: Once your new account is set up, return to your initial browser session and go to settings (via the wheel icon in the vertical menu at the bottom). Select your workspace, navigate to the "Members" tab, and click "Add member."

Step 6: Enter the name and the email address used for the newly created Prosp account and select "Invite."
