In 2025, generic message templates won't stand out in the inbox. It's more important than ever to send relevant, personalized messages to cut through the noise. With Prosp's built in AI personalization, you can do this at scale.
We've made it as easy as possible for you to get started by using the prompt library. You can also build your own.
This section covers how to save and edit prompts.
Step 1: Saving a prompt. When you hover over a prompt in the prompt library, you will notice an unfilled purple heart icon in the top right corner of the prompt. To save a prompt for later, you can simply click the heart icon. π
Step 2: Viewing saved prompts. Once you've liked a prompt, it will add it to your Saved prompts so you can easily find it later. This is useful for saving prompts for later and to be used in different campaigns.
Step 3: Editing your prompts. If you have created your own prompt or edited someone else's, the prompt will be added to the "My Prompts" section. To edit any of these prompts, you can simple click the gear icon βοΈ in the top right of the prompt and select 'Edit template'. You will then be able to edit the name, description and prompt.
