If your account gets disconnected due to a 'Cookie Expired' issue, it could be caused by one or more of the following reasons:

  • Excessive activity performed within a short time frame

  • The account was connected using the browser extension method, and LinkedIn was accessed manually from the same browser while a campaign was running

How can each issue be resolved?

1. Excessive activity performed within a short time frame

To resolve this issue, review your campaign frequency settings and ensure they align with the recommended sending limits outlined below:

β€‹βš οΈ Daily sending limit recommendations | Prosp Help Center

πŸ”΄ Note: Campaign frequency settings apply to each individual campaign, not across all campaigns within the workspace.

Your overall daily limit (across all running campaigns) should not exceed the recommended threshold. For example, if your daily limit is 20 and you’re running 3 campaigns, you could distribute the actions as 7 + 7 + 6 = 20.

2. The account was connected using the browser extension method, and LinkedIn was accessed manually from the same browser while a campaign was running.

To resolve this issue, avoid using LinkedIn in the same browser where Prosp is connected. Instead, access LinkedIn via the mobile app or a different browser.

Alternatively, you can connect your account to Prosp using your LinkedIn credentials for better stability.

πŸ”΄ Note: If a LinkedIn account is connected via the browser extension and you log out of the browser, it will also disconnect the account from Prosp.
