If your LinkedIn account is showing as "parked" in Prosp, it's because the account has been inactive for too long. Unparking it takes about 30 seconds.
π ΏοΈ What "Account Parked" Means
When you see "Selected LinkedIn account is parked", it means the LinkedIn account connected to Prosp has been inactive for 7 or more days with no campaigns running. Prosp parks inactive accounts automatically to conserve resources β your data isn't lost, the account just needs to be reactivated.
π οΈ How to Unpark
Go to Settings in your Prosp dashboard.
Click the Accounts tab.
Find the LinkedIn profile that's parked.
Click Activate β or click the 3 dots next to the profile and choose Activate.
Refresh the page. The parked status should be gone, and you can run your campaigns again.
π Resuming Your Campaigns
Once your account is activated, all paused campaigns tied to it can be turned back on from the Campaigns page. Prosp runs all your campaigns at the same time once the account is active again β you don't need to turn them on one by one.
β οΈ How to Avoid Getting Parked Again
Don't leave campaigns paused for more than a few days at a time. If you need a break, pause for under a week.
Set realistic daily limits. Keep your overall daily limit (across all running campaigns) within the recommended threshold so campaigns don't auto-pause from a different cause.
If you're going on holiday or stepping away, consider duplicating an evergreen campaign (e.g. a 1st-degree connection nurture) so something low-volume keeps the account active.
