If you can't log into Prosp β€” whether it's the login page that's missing, an OTP code that never arrives, or a "Failed to fetch" error β€” the fixes below will get you back in. Most of the time it takes less than a minute.

πŸ”‘ Where to Find the Login Page

Prosp doesn't have a permanent "Login" link on the landing page β€” the same button is used for both new and returning users.

  1. Go to prosp.ai.

  2. Click Try for Free in the upper-right corner.

  3. You'll be redirected to the login page. Enter the email address you originally signed up with.

Prosp uses email-only login. There's no password β€” you'll receive a one-time code (OTP) by email each time you sign in.

πŸ“§ If You're Not Receiving the OTP

If the login email never arrives, the issue is almost always browser-related rather than email-related.

  1. Try logging in from a different browser (e.g. switch from Chrome to Firefox or Safari).

  2. If that works, clear your cache and cookies in your usual browser, then try again there.

  3. Check your spam/junk folder β€” sometimes the OTP email lands there on the first send.

  4. Make sure you're using the exact email address you signed up with. A typo or a different address (work vs. personal) won't trigger an OTP.

Quick fix β€” Switching browsers solves most OTP-not-received issues in a single try.

πŸ” There's No "Reset Password" Option β€” Here's Why

Some users go looking for a password reset link and assume something is broken when they can't find it. Nothing is broken β€” Prosp simply doesn't use passwords.

We don't have an option to reset or change a password since we only use email for logging in. Each login generates a fresh OTP, so your account stays secure without you having to manage a password.

πŸ› οΈ If You Still Can't Log In

If you've tried a different browser, confirmed the email is correct, and the OTP still isn't arriving, send us your workspace URL so we can look from our side.

  1. Find your workspace URL β€” it looks like https://prosp.ai/dashboard?workspace=XXXX.

  2. Send it to support along with the email address you're trying to log in with.

  3. Mention which browsers you've already tried.

Heads up β€” If you see a "payment failed" message blocking login, that usually means a subscription needs attention rather than the login itself. Check Settings > Billing once you're back in, or message support if you can't reach the dashboard.
